This weekend in Edmond, take advantage of the free lights on Broadway Holiday Open House. This will be located at Automobile Alley on Saturday (Nov 19th). Here are soem details from their website:
Downtown in December presented by Devon, is a series of holiday events and attractions in the heart of Oklahoma City. It’s a one-of-a-kind winter experience that features thrilling outdoor ice skating, a tree lighting festival, afternoon visits with Santa Claus, a festive holiday run, snow tubing, free water taxi excursions, performing arts, shopping, and parties… all surrounded by twinkling holiday lights. Most events are free of charge and there is an open invitation for all to attend.

Another family friendly activity to consider is the Edmond Outdoor Ice Skating Rink at Mitch Park. This opens tonight and will continue through Wednesday, November 30th.
Looking to stay warm and indoors? The Children’s Junior Theatre Company will be performing Neverland all weekend long at the Edmond Fine Arts Institute.
This year’s Santa Market, held here in Edmond, will be benefitting the Alzheimer’s Association. Swing by tomorrow from 9am-5pm to enjoy over 90 vendors who are scheduled to display wares. Enjoy festive shopping, photos with Santa, and enjoy delectable food from a variety of food trucks parked within Frosty’s Food Court.

A local favorite, Heard on Hurd is presented by Citizens Bank of Edmond®.This is a monthly, family-friendly street festival occurring every third Saturday from March through October. Tomorrow (Saturday) morning, Wings Event Center will host their 1st Annual WINGS Run at Oklahoma Christian running trail next to WINGS (Aside: You may remember the video we shot in their pumpkin patch last week).
