You never know if a friend’s friend might be looking for a home in your neighborhood. And the best part about social media? It doesn’t have to cost you a penny.
Videos are engaging. With a video, you can use visual cues, sound bytes, or textual information to convey your points and engage your viewers. Videos can be easily shared on your website, social media, or a dedicated youtube channel like this one.
When someone visits your real estate website or single property listing site, are you collecting their information? If you have done so and have their consent, an email marketing campaign may be an effective means of sharing information and resources with potential buyers or clients.
You may have heard of the 33 Touch campaign by Keller Williams.
