My experience with Keith and his team was outstanding. I couldn't stress enough how important it is to do a comprehensive evaluation when choosing a realtor. The purchase or sale of a home will probably be one of the most important decisions that you will need to make. It is imperative to surround yourself with an experienced, qualified, and professional realtor. When I was doing my research, I requested the same information from 5 different realtors. This included a few realtors which were recommended by friends. I found that the majority of the realtors where not truly working in real estate. They called themselves realtors, but really where just using it as a side hustle, part time job, or to subsidize a retirement. My home was listed originally for over 4 months with very little movement but a lot of stress and aggrevation. I made the same mistake most people make and listed the home with someone without requesting any performance information from them. After doing research and selecting Keith as my listing agent, the home sold in less than two months. Not only did it sell quickly, but also for more than I was expecting. That was the difference a professional realtor made. Before you list your home or start looking at homes request some information from potential realtors. Even if they are recommended by someone. Ask them how many homes have they bought or sold? How long have they been working in real estate? Is being a realtor their primary source of employment and income? How much $$$ in real estate transactions have they bought and sold in the last year? Also pay attention to how long it takes someone to respond to your request. If you don't get a response promptly the same day you send the request, it's a good sign of the response time you will get when you have a question later.
